Recipe: Tomato Pineapple Salsa (not a canning recipe)

Toppings - Salsas
Tomato-Pineapple Salsa

2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup pineapple, finely diced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 medium Jalapeno pepper, minced
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, minced
2 tbsp Lime juice
1 clove Garlic, peeled and minced

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
