Serving Size : 4

1 small onion -- diced
1 pound sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 sheet puff pastry -- cut in 4 squares
1 cup leftover dressing
1 pound leftover white- and dark-meat turkey
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1 egg -- beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup leftover gravy
Leftover cranberry sauce

Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Place 1/4 cup dressing in center of each puff pastry square. Top dressing with 1/4 pound turkey and sauteed mushrooms and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Beat together egg and milk. Pull corners of puff pastry around turkey filling and seal with the egg wash. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Pour heated gravy on top; add a side of cranberry sauce and your favorite vegetable and serve.
