Recipe: Hot Turkey Salad

2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 cups celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped chestnuts or cashews
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons pimiento
1/2 cup mayonnaise (light is good)
2 tablespoons lemon juice

For the topping:
Crushed potato chips
1/2 cup sharp cheese

Combine and mix all ingredients, except potato chips and cheese. Place in greased casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips and sharp cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
