VERY EASY CHICKEN
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (rinsed)
4 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine (Butter tastes best)
Season Salt
Set stovetop burner to Med-Hi. Melt Butter and make sure it covers the bottom of pan. Sprinkle season salt on chicken, then place salted side down in skillet. Sprinkle season salt on rest of chicken. Brown each side of chicken throughly--approx 8-10 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through.
This main dish goes great with buttered noodles with alfredo sauce and if paired with microwaved baked potatoes, is a wonderfully quick and easy weekday meal...great for us busy career/soccer moms!!!!
