Western Corn On the Cob
4 or 5 ears sweet corn
1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
1 Tbls. prepared mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. salt
dash of freshly ground pepper
Husk corn & strip off all the silk. Combine remaining ingredients & cream till light & fluffy.
Spread each ear of corn with a little of the butter mixture. Wrap each loosely in foil & bake in a very hot oven(450 degrees) for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
If desired, sprinkle extra butter with parsley & pass with hot corn.
