Traditional Macaroni Salad
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 c. finely chopped celery
6 hard cooked boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
Sauce:
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. prepared mustard
squeeze of lemon juice.Blend together the Sauce ingredients. Cook pasta according to directions, drain. Mix with vegetables and sauce. Serve
