Wine Cake w/Blush Wine Glaze:
1 (1lb. 2 1/2oz.)pkg.yellow or white cake mix
1 (3oz.)pkg.raspberry or strawberry flavored jello
3/4 c.Stone Hill Blush Wine
1/2 c.Safflower oil
4 eggs,unbeaten
Combine all ingredients in bowl & beat for about 3 minutes with electric mixer.
Pour into lightly greased & floured 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes.Remove from oven,let stand 5 minutes.
Turn out on cooling rack.When cool,spread with Blush Wine Glaze (see below).Blush Wine Glaze:
1/3 c.Stone Hill Blush Wine
2 Tbls.real butter
2 c.powdered sugar,sifted
Heat together wine & butter.Remove from heat & gradually stir in powdered sugar.
When cooled & slightly thickened,spread over top of the cake.
