Recipe: Marinated White Fish (microwave)

Marinated White Fish:(microwave)
Serves 4

1/3 bottle Mission Creek Dry Seyval Blanc Wine
4 white fish filets(orange roughy is preferred)
dillweed
garlic salt
1/2 stick butter

In shallow glass dish pour wine about 1/4 inch deep.Lay in chilled fish filets.

Dust exposed surface with dillweed & light garlic salt.Add small pats of butter.

20 minutes later,rotate filets.Dust exposed surface with dillweed & light garlic salt.Finish marinating for 20-30 minutes.

Cook in microwave for 6 minutes or till light & flaky.
