Hi Jody,

Thank you for catching the omission. I found my original source for the recipe and the amount of tofu wasn't given. I think the correct amount should be 1 (12-16 oz) pkg tofu. I'm sure you can adjust it to your taste with good results.

The recipe Tofu Soul Stew sounds good as I'm looking for different ways to fix meat substitutes because of a heart condition. The only thing that I find missing in the recipe is the type and amount of tofu to be used. All the other recipies in this list seem to list it in the list of ingredients. Is it missing in tis one or am I just not looking in the right place. Thank you for sharing your recipies and for the help.
