Elaine, I'm not much of a greens eater but I had read about eating the radish leaves. I shared this with my brother-in-law's mom and she tried them, and loved them! She prepared them just like salet greens or turnip greens, steaming and sauteing them. She kept the neighbors radishes clean that year and talked constantly all summer about getting some more. Unfortunately, she passed away before we had another radish season.
