I'm happy that you found the Papusa recipe and that it brought back good memories for you. We appreciate your comments on its authenticity. I'm not from El Salvador but I will be on the lookout for more recipes that you might enjoy and as I find them I'll post them to our International Recipes Forum and please share some of your recipes with us too!
