Hi Hilary,

Here is info about using a boiling water bath for processing jelly:

In the recipe for the the roasted garlic and onion jelly, it stays to put the lids on the jars and 'process' in a boiling water bath. what does this mean? just let the jars sit in boiling water with the lids on? won't it build up pressure and explode?
any info would be appreciated.
