traditional food but also, the food of Central America, which is directly connected by land to South America (neighboring countries). Even us, Caribbeans, know about Central & South American food & enjoy it whenever we can.

The lady of San Jos , Costa Rica (Ruth), was very kind & grateful for the recipe & was not worried because of a small faux pa in the geographic comments of origin of the recipe's author.

I personally like Pupusas very much, whether they come from South or Central America. Thanks for sharing the recipe with us!
