I just wanted to tell you I have not eatin Papusas since I lived in California, but the Papusa is a El Salvadorian dish very delicouis for those who have never tried it I recommend it! By the way your recipe is a good one have not tried it yet but you have done a good job if you are not from El Salvador. Would like to get more recipe's if you have them.....
