Low Fat French Onion Soup (WW points=6.5)
Usenet Newsgroup posting by Rusty (1999)
1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup (3.5 pts)
1 can water
1 oz low-fat mozzarella or provolone cheese (I use Sargento's lowfat
Italian mix which has both) (2 pts)
1 sleeve (5 slices) Old London Rye Melba TOAST (1 pt)
Heat the soup and water according to directions. Pour half of the soup into a microwavable bowl. Break one of the rye toast in half and put 2 and a half slices of rye toast on top of the soup. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Put in microwave for 30-45 seconds. Gulp down first bowl.
Make second bowl and eat this one more slowly :) 6.5 points for both bowls.
