Recipe(tried): Cornbread Salad

CORNBREAD SALAD

2 pkg. cornbread mix (Jiffy is the best if it's available), prepared according to pkg. directions
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
2 small tomatoes chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 pt. jar Miracle Whip (not mayonnaise, it needs the sweetness of the salad dressing)

Bake and cool the cornbread. Crumble it into a large bow. Add chopped vegetables and seasoning. Fold in Miracle Whip. Refrigerate, covered for several hours before serving so flavors will blend.
