Broccoli Bread Recipe

1 1/2 sticks of butter
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 medium onion, chopped
12 oz carton cottage cheese
10 oz box of chopped broccoli, thawed
4 eggs, beaten

Melt all butter in a 9 x 13" pan. In bowl, mix the following in order: muffin mix, onion, broccoli, cottage cheese and eggs. Mix well and pour in pan over melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until slightly brown. Enjoy.
