Recipe: Ricotta Cheese Icing (food processor)

Desserts - Fillings, Frostings
RICOTTA CHEESE ICING

"Try on spice cakes, banana or other fruit cakes."

2 cups part skim milk ricotta cheese, well drained
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
