Recipe: Banana Cherry Delight

Banana Cherry Delight (for barbecue)

1 cup frosted cereal flakes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
3 Tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1 (1-pound, 13-ounce) can cherry pie filling
2 bananas, sliced

Combine cereal flakes, brown sugar, flour and butter. Mix well and reserve.

Combine cherry pie filling and banana slices.

Press 2/3 of the cereal flakes mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish. Pour in filling. Sprinkle remaining flake mixture over top.

Barbecue over medium indirect heat for 20-30 minutes.

Makes 6 to 9 servings.
