Best Ever Meatballs

Makes 6-8 servings

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 eggs
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 c. bread crumbs
2 lb. ground beef
1 can mushrooms soup

Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add ground beef, mixing well. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place on rack in broiler pan. Broil until brown. Place meatballs in casserole. Mix soup with 1/2 soup can water in bowl. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
