Recipe(tried): Breast of Chicken Fajitas

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
BREAST OF CHICKEN FAJITA

6 chicken breasts
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 cups olive oil
2 Tblsp. ground cumin
2 Tblsp. chili powder
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup each lime and lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
6 cloves garlic

Mix well. Add chicken breasts. Marinate overnight. Broil until done. Serves 6.
