Recipe: Beef Hash (crock pot)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
BEEF HASH

2 to 3 cups cut up cooked beef
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup gravy or beef broth
salt and pepper (to taste)

Place all ingredients in crock pot.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours.

Double recipe for 5 quart crock pot.
