Gotta share my very very favorite pie recipe - CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE!
Very quick and very easy (and yummy)

1 unbaked pie shell*
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 Tbsp cocoa
3/4 cup hot water
2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 small can evaporated (Pet) milk
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecan halves

Heat butter, cocoa, and water in saucepan till butter is melted.
Add sugar, salt, vanilla, and evap milk; stir.
Add flour and beat with electric mixer until blended.
Stir in pecan halves.
Preheat cookie sheet at 350 degrees F.
Pour pie filling into unbaked pie shell.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 50 min or until the custard is set.

*I often make it with Pilsbury refrigerated pie crusts and nobody can tell the difference.
