Corn Souffle
1 16 ounce can Cream Corn
Sugar to taste
4 Egg Yolks
1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
6 Egg WhitesCombine corn and yolks, blend well. Add sugar to taste. Sprinkle cream of tartar over the egg whites and beat until stiff. Stir 1/3 of the egg whites into corn mixture. Fold remainder of whites into the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a large buttered dish.
