Recipe: Cucumber Salsa

Toppings - Assorted
CUCUMBER SALSA

1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 small avocado, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup red onion, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 Serrano chile, seeded and minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon water
salt to taste

Combine cucumber, avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, chile, garlic, and water. Stir in salt to taste.
