DUCKS BURGUNDY
2 small or 1 large duck
salt and pepper
2/3 cup burgundy wine
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Salt and pepper duck.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Heat just until blended well.
Place duck on heavy duty aluminum foil with sides rolled up. Pour sauce over ducks. Wrap tightly with foil. Place in a baking pan.
Bake 3-4 hours at 375 degrees.
