Easy White Fudge
rec.food.recipes/Mary Fillmore

6 ounces cream cheese
6 ounces white chocolate, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
5 cups powdered sugar
1 cups chopped pecans, macadamia nuts, or filberts
1 dash salt

Beat chocolate into cream cheese. Beat in vanilla. At low speed gradually add the sugar, increase the speed to medium and beat until thick. Beat in nuts. Spread into pan. Chill until set. Cut into 10 pieces. These are also good with black walnuts and black walnut flavoring instead of vanilla.
