Peanut Butter Balls

1 box confectioner's sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks (1 cup) margarine), melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (I do my own)
6 oz. package of chocolate chips (dark semi-sweet)
1/2 bar of paraffin wax (food grade)
Melt wax and chips in a double boiler. Mix remaining ingredients and roll in balls. Dip in chocolate with toothpicks then place on wax paper. Can be stored in air tight container or if they are to be kept for a while, store in fridge.
