Recipe: Honey French Toast

Honey French Toast

1/2 cup honey
1 cup milk
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
12 slices of French bread, each 3/4 inch thick
butter
honey and toasted pecans pieces for garnish, as desired. or confectioners sugar.

In a large bowl, beat together honey, milk, eggs, cinnamon, and salt. Dip bread slices in mixture, turning to coat. Melt a little butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook as desired.
