Ham Rolls
Makes 36 appetizers

1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons apricot jam
1 teaspoon chopped chives
12 slices broiled or baked ham

In a small bowl, combine mustard, jam and chives. Spread evenly on ham slices. Roll up jelly-rol fashion. Cut each crosswise into 3 equal pieces. Secure with small wooden party pick.
