Recipe: Easy Cheese Nibbles

Easy Cheese Nibbles

1 1/2 to 2 cups grated strong Cheddar
2 tsp. dry mustard, optional
pinch cayenne pepper
l/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder, optional
1/2 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour

Combine all ingredients, sprinkle a tbsp. or two of ice water over, and mix (mixture will be soft). Either press out of cookie press in long strips using saw-toothed plate, or roll out thinly and cut in strips or little shapes. You can also form dough into a roll, chill and slice.
Bake in 300 F. until lightly browned.
