Recipe(tried): Honey Sponge Cake

Honey Sponge Cake
6 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 cup honey (1/2 lb)
1/8 cup oil
1/6 cup orange juice
1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Using electric beaters on high, beat the egg whites till stiff and set aside.
Again using electric beaters, beat the egg yolks, sugar, honey, oil, orange juice.
Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and spices together, and then stir carefully into the egg yolk and sugar mixture. The batter will be very stiff. You can use a drop more orange juice if you want, but not too much!
Fold the egg whites carefully into the batter, incorporating them thoroughly without stirring them down.
Bake in a Pam sprayed 9x13 pan at 350 F for 50-60 minutes.
