Recipe: Rotel Spicy Meat Loaf (using ground beef and pork, 1970's)
Main Dishes - Beef and Other MeatsROTEL SPICY MEAT LOAF

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. regular pork sausage
1 large egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Accent/MSG (optional)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup minced onions
1 (10 oz.) can RO-TEL Tomatoes and Green Chilies
Take 1/2 cup juice from the can of RO-TEL Tomatoes and mix with all other ingredients. Put in greased loaf pan.
Pour remaining juice and tomatoes on top.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
