Stuffed Broccoli:
Serves 6-8

"Creamed broccoli with crunch & crumbs".
2(10oz.)pkgs.frozen chopped broccoli
4 Tbls.butter
4 Tbls.flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c.milk
Cook broccoli according to package directions.Drain & set aside.
Melt 4 Tbls.butter,add flour & mix.Add bouillon cubes & milk.Cook till sauce thickens.
Grease a 2 qt. baking dish & place broccoli in it.Pour sauce over.
Topping:
2 c.seasoned stuffing mix
6 Tbls,butter
2/3 c.water
2/3 c.chopped walnuts
Mix seasoned stuffing mix with butter,water & chopped walnuts.Place on top of sauce & bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
