SUNDRIED TOMATO PASTA
1 small bag or box of angel hair pasta
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp butter
1 heaping Tbsp of pesto
1 small jar of sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
Cook and drain pasta.
Saute pine nuts and garlic in butter 2-3 minutes then pour over pasta.
Add pesto and stir to coat. Add tomatoes along with the oil and stir to coat well.
Serve with hot crusty bread.
