Recipe: Sun-Dried Tomato-Olive Spread

SUN-DRIED TOMATO-OLIVE SPREAD
Try this spread on French bread, sliced courgette rounds or as a filling in hollowed-out cherry tomatoes.

113g sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained
450g pitted black olives
6 large basil leaves

Finely chop the ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Serve on sliced French bread, sliced courgette rounds or as a filling in hollowed-out cherry tomatoes.
