Warm Cherry Tomato Salad

2 tbsp oil
2 tsp dried Italian herbs
4 spring onions, chopped
2 pints cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp malt vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup oil

Heat 2 tbsp oil and add herbs, onions and tomatoes.
Cook over a low heat till warm.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tomatoes.
Serve warm with crispy bread.
