Cold Beef Salad

Thinly sliced rare beef on a bed of greens with raspberries or mango and a oil and vinegar dressing if I use raspberries, a peanut dressing if I use mango). The cold beef salad is a good way to get rid of extra steaks left over from a BBQ.
