Thank you so much for your kind words. If this trip does come to fruition, my DH will truly enjoy meeting you and finding out we met thru the Recipelink site. I bet Miss Betsy has brought more friends together than she realizes!

I will certainly keep you posted if the meeting is in P.R. Let's keep our fingers crossed!!
