Recipe: Black and Decker Horizontal Breadmaker B2300 Recipes

I also received the same Breadmaker as a gift for Christmas. I tried the sandwich bread in the manual and it is good, however, I may need to adjust a couple of things because it was too damp.

Searching for new recipes to make smaller bread, I found manuals from other "black and decker" breadmaker such as the B2000 and B2005 which are pretty much similar but make only 2lb loaves.

Go to Operating Instructions and Cookbook for: Black & Decker All-In-One Horizontal Breadmaker B2000 or Black & Decker All-In-One Horizontal Breadmaker B2005 to check the recipes as well as a good troubleshooting guide.
