Recipe: Almond Dijon Baked Chicken (using mayonnaise and Dijon mustard)

4 boneless skinless chicken breast fillets
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place chicken in a lightly greased baking pan.
Blend mustard and mayonnaise together and spread on top of chicken. Top with almonds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
