MEXICAN PORK STEAKS
1 tsp. vegetable oil
4 pork blade steaks, 1/2 inch thick
1 cup chunky style prepared salsa
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork steaks on both sides.
Combine remaining ingredients, except cilantro, in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Pour mixture over chops. Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes.
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
