Banana Mandarin Cheese Pie
Yield: 8 Servings
1 (9") graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese; softened
8 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 ts realemon lemon juice
1 ts vanilla extract
3 md bananas
11 oz mandarin orange (drained)
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in 1/3 cup ReaLemon and vanilla. Slice 2 bananas; dip in ReaLemon and drain. Line crust with bananas and about 2/3 of the orange segments. Pour filling over fruit. Chill 3 hours or until set. Before serving, slice remaining banana; dip in ReaLemon and drain. Garnish top with banana slices and remaining orange segments. Refrigerate leftovers.
