Recipe: Banana Rum Chutney

Toppings - Assorted
Banana Rum Chutney

2 bananas, sliced on the bias (on an angle)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 cup chopped scallions
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 cup sweet hot chili sauce
1 or 2 jalapeno (remove pepper seeds) finely chopped
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in stainless steel mixing bowl, top over freshly grilled fish.
