Recipe(tried): Blue Hawaiian

Beverages
BLUE HAWAIIAN

1 fluid oz. rum, light
2 fluid oz. pineapple juice*
1 fluid oz. blue curacao
1 fluid oz. cream of coconut

Blend ingredients with 1 cup ice in blender at high speed. (I just fill a shot glass full for each oz called for. It measures out about the same.)

Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.

*You can add more pineapple juice if you want it to be a little less strong.

It is a great mixed drink for guests. Hope all will enjoy! Barbara
