BAKED CHICKEN WITH SHERRY MUSHROOM SAUCE
1 lb chicken breasts, skinned
1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms (reserve liquid)
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp tarragon leaves
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Place chicken in a single layer in a microwave-safe baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Bake in 400 degree oven for about 1 hour.
To cook in a microwave:
Cover and microwave for 7 minutes on 100% (high).
