Try to recreate a Studio 54 discotteque environment with special lights (if available), long earrings, very short skirts, white makeup with long false eyelashes, long ironed hair parted in the middle, & bell bottom pants. I am a child of the 60ths & I also enjoyed the 70th very much. The music of the 70th is available in Cable TV. If your computer is up to it you can use it as background music also, there are specialized radio stations featuring only disco music.

As for the food, I cannot help very much because in those years I ate whatever my mother gave me and I never cooked. I am sure many of the ladies have more valuable ideas on the subject.
