Figs and Raspberries
4 servings
2 baskets fresh raspberries
6 fresh figs, quartered
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
Mint sprigs
Preheat the broiler. Arrange the figs in a 1O-inch glass pie baking dish.
Stir the sour cream until it is smooth; then spoon it evenly over the fruit. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Broil close to heat source until the brown sugar melts, about 4 minutes. Garnish with mint.
