Recipe(tried): French Onion Steak

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
French Onion Steak

500g to 1kg of any type of steak
1 small (8 oz) tub of sour cream
1 pkg of French onion soup

Cut the steak into bite size pieces and stir dry packet of French onion soup into it.

Place the meat into a casserole dish and bake for approx. 1 hour on medium heat.

Just before serving, add the sour cream.

My whole family love this one, from the 1 year old to the husband..they all love this one.

Serve with salad or veggies, I usually serve it with veggies.
