Fruit salad:
can of crushed pineapple
can of pineapple tidbits
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 small box instant vanilla or lemon pudding
8 oz. cool whip
If desired, may crush 1 package of fudge stripe cookies and add. This is a favorite with kids. Save some of the cookies for decorating the top.
Mix crushed pineapple, (with juice), and instant pudding. Drain pineapple tidbits and cans of mandarin oranges. Add the tidbits and mandarin oranges, (save about 2/3 of can of oranges to decorate the top of salad). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
This is a favorite at home, and at church. I love it because I can buy all of the ingredients on sale and keep them on hand to quickly mix this up. It is so easy, and it can be multiplied many times to make large batches.
